One Time Registration Fee $150.00
Annual Materials Fee $100.00 per child / $50.00 due in September, $50.00 due in February.May be paid in full in September. To terminate services, a one month written notice is required or two-weeks tuition will be added to your final balance.
Baldwin Academy is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All children must be picked up by 5:55 p.m. Children are accommodated on a nine hour per day maximum. Please be sure to adjust your schedules accordingly.
Fees are averaged to take into consideration days Baldwin will be closed and can be changed with notice 1. Monthly Fees are due in full regardless of the number days in the month, personal vacations, or days that Baldwin is closed. There are no make-up days or exchange days at Baldwin. 2. Tuition Fees are due and payable on the first of the month. A late charge of $25.00 is automatically assessed after the tenth of the month if no payment has been made on the account. If the account is not paid in full by the fifteenth, there will be a $5.00 per day carrying charge until the account is paid in full. 3. Initial bounced check fee is $25.00. Subsequent bounced check fees are $50.00. After three bounced checks, only cash or money orders will be accepted. 4. Late pick-up during the school day is $5.00 for every five minutes or any part thereof. Fee is continued at $5.00 for each additional five minutes until the child is called for. Habitual Late Arrival will result in termination of services. Please arrive by 5:55 p.m. 5. Full-Time Service is provisional of nine childcare hours per day. Excessive Care over nine hours per day may be subject to an additional hourly fee. 6. Any care outside of your Written & Scheduled Agreement is assessed a $10.00-$12.00 hourly fee.
